This bowl is the only one of it’s species that I’ve had the chance to turn, it’s a very soft wood, which can add some difficulty to the turning process, but going slow and keeping the gouge razer sharp takes care of most of that. The bowl turned out really well and the spalting turned out great. Measures in at 8”x2”
